For your convenience, we offer in-store pickup for local online orders so you may save time and reserve your favorite products before they are sold out. If you live in or are close to the Seattle area and would like to come in to pick up your order, all you need to do is select the In-Store Pickup Option from the shipping menu at check-out. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready. Please allow at least 2 hours to process your order during our normal business hours (Tues - Sat, 11am - 5:30pm). If orders are placed after business hours, they will be promptly processed the following business day.
FREE SHIPPING & FLAT RATE PRICING
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders $45 or more within the contiguous U.S. For orders under $45, we offer Flat Rate USPS First Class Shipping for $4.50 and Flat Rate Priority Shipping for $8.50.
Most orders are shipped within one to two business days of receipt. We receive orders Tuesdays through Saturdays & orders placed on Sunday and Monday are processed on the following Tuesday. Orders placed during holidays and closures will be shipped the first business day we return. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We use USPS & USPS Priority Mail to ship your packages to you. Some packages may take longer to arrive due to mailing delays. As of 2011, USPS does not operate on Sundays. USPS also recognizes federal holidays. The post office will hold packages in transit on a holiday. Occasionally, USPS experiences a backlog, especially around peak times such as Christmas. The backlog may cause packages to arrive after the estimated time. Weather delays may also play a factor. While USPS delivers in bad weather, severe weather and national disasters can prevent mail from reaching affected areas.
